Trained in traditional graphic design, I transitioned into software design through an opportunity in 2011 while working in marketing. Tasked with creating an interactive advertisement concept, I ventured into designing for screens, discovering my love for the craft. Through a blend of self-directed learning and mentorship, I honed my skills and established my footing in the industry.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of designing mobile and web products for companies ranging from banks and large enterprises to small startups and growth-stage companies. I've been fortunate to have collaborated with companies such as Microsoft, Tumblr, Zynga, DocuSign, Telus, and Scotiabank, with some projects drawing the attention of well known publications like TechCrunch, PCMag, and BetaKit.
Outside of work, I enjoy DIY car repair, motorcycle riding, and continuous learning across various domains (often not tech related). An avid outdoors enthusiast, I enjoy spending summers hiking, camping, and roadtripping with my partner and our two dogs, Sam and Benny.
